statements may be subject to change1- refunds and cancellation- i reserve the right to refuse to work for you/cancel your order (refunds will be processed by me not claiming the gift and you refunding the money from discord itself)nitro will not be claimed until after commission is finishedas the person commissioning me, you have the right to ask for a refund after payment before the final piece is finished, however after final piece is finished and i have claimed my payment, you may not ask for a refund2- contact- please keep all contact between us civil and kind. i reserve the right to cancel/deny commission orders based on this (i also reserve the right to report such behavior to other commissioners)3-payment- discord nitro (the payment) must be pre-paid before the process begins, will not be claimed before the finished product is done. i will not send completed works unless a payment is made beforehand4- copyright policy- i, as the artist, keep all rights to my art, not you, the commissioner.
as the artist i am still allowed to use my art to:
-promote my account/art
-display on my account
-post anywhere i wishyou, as the commissioner, reserve the right to:
-display art
-claim any original characters created by you (or by me for you) but not to the art created
-use the art to promote your characters/as a profile picture or banner (with proper credit when used online)
if any copyright infringment occurs, all stated rights will be removedthe below will be recognized as being copyright infringment:
1. using the art for any commercial purposes (including redistributing, using it for monitary gain, etc)
2. removing signatures/watermarks from final piece/adding your own watermark
3. failing to give credit when credit is neededyou may purchase commercial rights by paying 3x your base amount (ex. base one month, so you pay for 3 separate gifts) with said rights you are allowed to
1. redistribute the art in any way you wish (including: book covers, t-shirts, etc)
2. change the art as you wish to
